"Anything Goes" Beach Games!

Just as it says....Anything goes! And of course there are no rules at this fun team building style event where the competition is wild and fun! Games include Volleyball, Sand Box Derby, Leaky Buckets, Bubble Bossanova, and lots, lots more. We can incorporate an unlimited variety of fun games and team building style events for indoors, the great outdoors or on a beachfront location.

Ultimate Treasure Hunt!

Chart a course for adventure with our adult oriented treasure hunt designed especially for meeting and convention attendees. The group is divided into separate bands of pirates and cast off with a special set of equipment and clues that will challenge them to find our actual buried treasure. This is one of our signature events we have successfully produced for over 10 years!

The Motor Speedway

Ladies and Gentlemen, start your engines and get ready for an evening of fast paced fun, and team-building excitement with our Grand Speedway sporting event. Get behind the wheel and prepare for a fast-paced evening, complete with dynamic decor, thrills and spills that your guests will never forget.

Sports Carnival

If sports is your theme, we’ll provide great team building fun with dozens of favorite games in our "King of the Hill" style competition. Can be played indoors or out with unlimited possibilities for a great event.

Casino

Your guests will enjoy an evening of fast paced excitement as we present our Las Vegas style Casino Party. Meeting Dynamics can provide first quality gaming tables and equipment. We have experienced personnel to handle every aspect of the evening from concept and design for the most exciting event ever! The fun starts, cards shuffle, dice fly and the roulette wheel spins. Through out the gaming period, high rollers can move between the tables playing Black Jack, Roulette or the fastest paced casino dice game known as " Craps".

Scavenger Hunt

Another team building event with challenging twists. We’ll provide the fun equipment packs, Polaroid cameras and lists of challenging obstacles, clues and information to gather. Always a big hit with groups.

Camera Crazy

Picture this! Teams compete in creating a story....through pictures. Encourages teams to use creative problem solving skills to achieve some amazing results, and in the end you have all of those mementos of the occasion!

The Rickety Regatta

Ahoy! This wet and wild event is designed to bring out the sailor in all of us. It is evident that there is more sailor in some of us than others when teams use a preset selection of materials to design, construct and sail their vessel in competition! Don’t forget to tell everyone that the cargo will be your teammates!

Night at the Races

The horses are at the starting gate....the jockeys clutch their reins tighter... and they are off! It's the world of high-stakes horse racing and loads of fun. We'll provide each of your guests with a fist-full of "Funny Money" and "Clues" to the evening's programmed events. Enter the track through the rows of betting windows to where the action begins! Bets will be taken in pairs so you can bet a wad on the last race or play it conservative and bet on them all! The shrill bugle announces post-time for the next race as the horses are led to the gate. The betting windows are about to close ,the big race is just seconds away! And the horses explode out of the gate!
